Truly. Alert. – This is our company philosophy in a nutshell. After all, we are neither a multinational company with a fixed range of industry-quality products nor a tiny cult roastery that cannot guarantee certified quality in the long run. We believe that our company is just the right size. One that guarantees consistently excellent quality and craftsmanship with Fairtrade and organic certification. Having the right company size affords us maximum flexibility when it comes to individual roast blends and packaging concepts that we prepare every day for our customers in bakeries, hotels and food services.

Our quality assurance specialists and master roasters insist on using the best coffee types and on giving our coffee beans an all-important luxury: as much time as they need. Gentle drum roasting and subsequent air cooling allows us to minimise the bitter constituents in our coffee beans.

Purchasing, Sales, Quality Assurance, Roastery, Management – Production and all of our offices are just a few steps along the corridor. Owner-run commitment

After taking an indirect route to the coffee sector, Matthias Peters has been with our company for over 30 years, over which time he has honed his broad expertise in the field of coffee. In the 1990s, having worked in the company for many years, he took it over from the founding family and, together with his team, continued the tradition and love of good coffee.
