Good coffee takes time. Which is why all of our coffees are drum-roasted by hand, with far more time devoted to each single bean than is the case with industrial roasting. This meticulous approach brings out countless aromas with chocolatey or fruity nuances that seasoned coffee-lovers will detect. We also roast each type of coffee for the ideal length of time, depending on the characteristics of the bean. The coffee that we supply to our customers is always freshly roasted to order.
Preparation
Anything for good coffee
We love good coffee! Which means that, as well as providing premium coffee beans, we offer expert advice to customers and partners on the best settings for their machines. Besides temperature and brewing pressure, it is above all the quality of the water, the machine settings and the grinding degree that have the greatest influence on the quality of the coffee. Because of this, we provide training and regular quality checks, bringing out the best in our coffee every step of the way.
Training
The taste nuances of truly good coffee only come to the fore when it is prepared to perfection. This is why our in-house baristas train our customers’ staff in the art of preparing coffee. Our enjoyable training raises the awareness and love of truly good coffee.
Quality checks
If requested, our baristas regularly inspect the quality of our products on location. Here, we focus on essential criteria such as water hardness, preparation and the consistency of milk foam. This guarantees consistently high coffee quality and satisfied customers.
Machine settings
Just like with fine wine, the taste experience for coffee is influenced by many external factors, not least brewing pressure, water temperature and flow speed. So that our customers are always able to enjoy the best coffee, we regularly inspect the settings of coffee and espresso machines.
